Session 1 — Center and story. Where is your presentation coming from and how does your body tell that story.
Session 2 — Direction and alignment. How your gaze, posture, and movement either command or surrender the room.
Session 3 — Performance rehearsal. Full run through with real time body mechanics coaching.
